Q1 2025 Volume 2, Issue 1
We’re back with 2025's first issue of POps Culture! 🎉
New quarter, new pajamas, same POps! Culture. We kicked off 2025 with a sunny(ish) summit in San Diego, defined department OKRs (read: stared at Google Docs together), wrapped up another performance review cycle (you crushed it), and announced a shiny new Community Tier to make price transparency even more accessible. Oh, and did we mention our research was referenced in a new executive order? No? Well, it was 😎
As always, this issue includes your quarterly dose of People updates, a snapshot of diversity metrics, some stuff you may have missed in Slack, and a new challenge that nobody asked for but we’re continuing to include anyway - DEAL WITH IT.

Get in loser, we’re going to Chicago!
Our Q3 Summit in Chicago is happening August 4-7th! We’re looking forward to seeing you all this summer! If you need more info to get your plans in motion, check out our FAQ or feel free to reach out to Melinda with any questions.
For those of you who haven’t booked your flights for Chicago yet, keep an eye out next week for an email invite to book through Navan, our soon-to-be official travel booking platform! If you already booked your flights for our Q3 Summit, feel free to disregard. Thanks for being on top of it!
Open Enrollment is LIVE - Same plans, new plan year(s)!
Our Open Enrollment (running from 3/31- 4/11) is live in Rippling! You should have received an email invitation, and when logged into Rippling you will see a task to “Complete Open Enrollment”. All US employees will need to complete Open Enrollment to select/renew plans or opt out of coverage.
As a reminder, we’re adjusting our benefit plan year to coincide with the calendar year, so you are currently selecting plans that will run for the rest of 2025 (5/1/25 - 12/31/25). We’ll have another Open Enrollment this November (like every other company in existence) to select/renew plans for all of 2026 (1/1/26 - 12/31/26).
You can find resources and guidance here on our Open Enrollment notion page! Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions—we are here to support you and help you make the best decisions for you and your family!
Current Diversity Metrics
Our representation stats are benchmarked against the latest data on the U.S. employed labor force, rather than the broader U.S. population or the tech industry alone. This approach sets more ambitious targets, but we’ve done so intentionally— striving for our team to reflect the diversity of the people our products ultimately serve.
Each quarter, we’ll share the following representation metrics to keep you informed of how we’re progressing on team diversity.
