Q3 2025                                                                                               Volume 2, Issue 3

Q3: Goals Goaled, Values Valued

Q3 is officially in the books, and it was a busy one. We summited Chicago, breezed through performance reviews, took Analyze Alpha into Beta, hit $4.3M in bookings, and got totally subpoenaed to San Diego by Drew Process, Esq.

Plenty to catch up on from Q3 and even more to look forward to in Q4. And since these quarters seem to be flying by, we thought we’d try something new: a four-month Q4. Just this once. Consider it a fun little bonus nobody asked for before we shift to our new February–January fiscal year in 2026.

You’re welcome (kinda).

And if you're reading this, just want to say we’re happy you’re here and even happier you’re you :)

San Diego SUMMIT!

In case you missed the drama from the Californian’s crashing our weekly check in… we all have to go to this now:

HIPPO COMPLIANCE ORDER
Issued by the Brocean Bar Association:
Whereas the unlawful co-mingling of patient appointments and vendor negotiations constitutes a breach of HIPPO privacy protocols; Whereas such breaches demand immediate remedy by in-person adjudication;
It is hereby ORDERED that all parties convene at:

WYNDHAM SAN DIEGO BAYSIDE
January 26 – January 29, 2026

Duly signed this day,
Drew Process, Esq. 🏄🏼
Attorney-at-Flaw, @Dan Kuninsky

Be sure to book your flights in Navan and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. Can't wait to see you in San Diego!

Closed Won Chaos: Q3 Goal Smashed

Just when we thought Q3 was going to coast gently into the fiscal sunset, our Sales team pulled a fast one. We closed $4.3M for the quarter (exceeding our $4M goal), with $1.5M booked in the final week and a completely normal, not-stressful-at-all $850k on the last day alone.

Huge congrats to the Sales team for bringing this home in style — and to all the folks across Product, Eng, Design, CS, SE, Marketing, and Legal who made it possible 🫡

That’s it! Go forth and enjoy the season however you see fit - rest, reflect, or spend five days in sweats eating leftovers. You’ve earned it.

Q3 Diversity Metrics

Each quarter, we’ll share the following representation metrics to keep you informed of how we’re progressing on team diversity.

Our representation stats are benchmarked against the latest data on the U.S. employed labor force, rather than the broader U.S. population or the tech industry alone. This approach sets more ambitious targets, but we’ve done so intentionally. We're striving for a team that reflects the diversity of the people our products ultimately serve.

Channel Surfing Cheers

#Cheers to that!

The best feedback is the kind you give today.

The #cheers channel is here for hyping up your teammates, giving credit where it’s due, and generally being excellent to each other.

In Q3, the good vibes were flowing and we pulled a few highlights for your scrolling pleasure. If you haven’t gassed anyone up lately, consider this your sign from the universe (and from POps).

🔥 Challenge: Take 30 seconds this week to tag or DM someone who's been quietly crushing it. No need to wait for performance reviews and it doesn’t have to be a novel of gratitude. A little appreciation goes a long way!

Party of 5!

Turquoise turned five, so naturally we celebrated with trivia, wheel spins, and a photo challenge designed to make everyone look super cool. We had fun (maybe) and learned a lot (maybe not), including:

  • Who always has TQ swag within arm's reach?
  • Is Klippan an antidepressant or a sofa?
  • Does Adam even listen to music??
  • HOW MANY CORE VALUES DOES TURQUOISE HAVE??? (Spoiler: NOT FIVE, YOU BOZOS)
Massive thanks to everyone who joined in and to everyone who's gotten TQ to year five. We wouldn't be here without you. Here's to the next five!

Your quarterly dose of “wait, that’s a thing?” Productivity tips handpicked to help you reclaim your inbox, sort out your calendar, and potentially look mildly impressive in a meeting. Because clicking less is the dream.

Mac Text Replacements

This quarter’s tip goes out to anyone who’s tired of typing their work email for the 42nd time this week. Or closing every email with, “Let me know if you have any questions!” like it’s your job. (Because, maybe, it is.) Despite the fact that you can probably spell “Turquoise” in your sleep at this point, it sure would be nice if it spelled itself.

Behold: Text Replacements.
Apple’s gloriously under-hyped shortcut tool that auto-expands a short phrase into something longer. It’s like autocorrect, but actually ducking helpful. You create your own custom triggers, like "@@," and it’ll instantly explode into your full email address like a confetti cannon of productivity.

How to Set It Up:
1. Open System Settings
2 .Go to Keyboard > Text Replacements
3. Click the + to add a new one
4. Under “Replace,” enter your shortcut (e.g., @@)
5. Under “With,” enter the full text you want it to expand to (e.g., your 28-character email)
6. ???
7. Profit

That’s it. It’ll now work in most* places you type: Slack, Email, Notes, Messages, Chrome (*not docs though)

Example actual use cases from ya boy:

Pro tip: Start all your shortcuts with something unusual like ! or @@ so you don’t randomly summon your full home address mid-email.

Got your own browser trick that’s changed your workflow? DM the People team or drop it in Slack. We’ll include it in a future TQ Tool Shed edition (and shout you out like the hero you are).
